We’re looking for motivated, safety-minded recent grads ready to hit the road. With hands-on training from a certified mentor and competitive solo pay , you’ll gain the experience you need to build a successful OTR driving career.

What We Offer :

Hands-On Training Program : 4–6 weeks with a certified mentor

Paid Orientation & Training

Weekly Solo Pay : $1,300–$1,500 on average

Home Time : Every 2 weeks

Long-Term Career Path with Ongoing Support

Minimum Requirements :

Valid Class A CDL

Must have completed a 120-hour CDL school

Must pass a road test and drug screen at orientation

No recent major moving violations

No recent terminations within the past 6 months

No Clearinghouse violations – SAP drivers not accepted at this time
