Key Responsibilities Deliver specialized service as a single point of contact for members, managing and coordinating issue resolution with urgency Provide concierge-level guidance on benefit plans, advocating for members and proactively identifying solutions Take ownership of the member experience, minimizing handoffs and engaging with internal departments for service continuity Required Qualifications College degree or equivalent combination of college and work experience Experience in delivering client-focused solutions with direct member contact Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Healthcare industry work experience is a plus but not required Advanced soft skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
