Security Professional - Unarmed School Patrols

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at an educational location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, assisting students, staff, and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate : $12.43 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTime Tue 07 : 00 PM - 03 : 00 AM Sat 04 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, assisting with resolution and communication as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the campus and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
  • Monitor access points and observe activities within the location to help to deter prohibited behavior and maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Document and report any incidents, observations, or unusual circumstances according to Allied Universal guidelines and site-specific protocols.
  • Collaborate with campus staff and local authorities as needed to address incidents and provide support during emergency response situations.
  • Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide assistance to those in need.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
