Job Description :
As a School Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for :
- Conducting speech and language assessments for students with various communication disorders.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure effective support for students.
- Providing direct speech and language therapy services, both in groups and one-on-one.
- Monitoring and tracking student progress and adjusting therapy as needed.
- Participating in meetings to discuss student progress and provide updates on treatment plans.
- Creating and maintaining detailed records of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports.
