Position Overview

This position will work onsite. Scheduled Monday through Friday and available on weekends for ON CALL as needed,

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer & IT Specialist to support and enhance our organization's technology infrastructure, business systems, and software applications.

This role requires a strong foundation in IT support, networking, and system administration, combined with hands-on experience in full stack development using Microsoft technologies.

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day IT support across desktop, networking, and business systems, while also contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of custom applications and integrations. Exposure to ERP / MES / MRP systems is required, as the position involves supporting and extending enterprise business applications.

In addition, this role will contribute to compliance and cybersecurity efforts, including alignment with frameworks such as CMMC, to ensure secure and reliable operations.

The Ideal candidate will be comfortable moving between infrastructure support, business system troubleshooting, and application development, making this a highly impactful cross-functional position.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general IT support, including networking, desktop, and business systems user support.

Collaborate with business units to align IT systems with compliance and operational needs.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree or a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in an IT role in lieu of a degree.

Desired Skills & Experience

Strong problem-solving, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.

Experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration

Familiarity with Windows OS environments and PC troubleshooting.

Ability to write SQL queries for reporting and data analysis.

Familiarity with ERP / MES / MRP systems
