Seeking an individual who provides strategic leadership for all HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. This role ensures alignment between business objectives and HR strategy, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth As Vice President of Human Resources, You Will : Recruit, train, and manage HR leadership staff while overseeing daily departmental operations. Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategy with the organization's long-term mission and goals. Develop and evaluate key performance indicators to measure HR effectiveness and market competitiveness. Design and implement competitive compensation, benefits, and performance management programs. Provide guidance on complex employee relations, compensation, and compliance matters. Ensure adherence to all employment laws, safety standards, and organizational policies. Prepare and manage the HR department and staffing budgets. Stay current on HR best practices and participate in professional development initiatives. Required Experience & Skills : Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities. Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills with a collaborative approach. Highly organized with keen attention to detail and effective time management. Proven ability to analyze complex issues and develop sound solutions. Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing performance. In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related HR software systems. Physical Requirements : Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required, Masters or law degrees are highly preferred. At least ten years of human resource management experience required, with strategic, talent management, and / or business development experience highly preferred.
