Project Manager

A client in Chicago is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. They will be joining a digital technology project that oversees a contact center web application. They will be responsible for managing several scrum teams / pods of developers that work towards the build and maintenance of this application. They will be working with and presenting to executive leadership on a daily basis, and need to be highly organized and versed with the tools above!

Skills and Requirements :

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience managing more than one project at once / more than one scrum team at once
• Experience managing an application development project and familiar with SDLC
• Experienced with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience managing a budget of $5 million
• Experience working in an enterprise environment
• Experience with Jira, PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Scrum master experience and ability to manage and track scope creep
• Airline Industry Experience
