Entry-Level Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities Overview:

• Assist with the communication between the customer services team and our US vendor.
• Responsible for ensuring the completeness of customs clearance information and documents. Ensure the communication between our service providers and airlines is completed in a timely manner.
• Real-time monitoring and tracking of shipment's customs clearance information and status, investigate, resolve, and communicate operational or entry issues.
• Coordinate and follow up with our warehouse and 3rd party warehouses for the customer's needs, such as order fulfillment, forwarding, drop ship, transshipment, demolition, and etc.
• Monitor and coordinate import customs clearance and transportation.
• Coordinate with our customer service team to follow up with our last-mile solution providers regarding lost packages, undeliverable packages, and refund requests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from 4-year college or university and 1-2 years related experience and/or training
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
