Position Summary

Samsung seeks a talented litigator to manage a docket of patent infringement matters out of our Mountain View location. As a part of this team, you will be tasked to own and solve problems. You will be at the forefront of federal court practice along with the potential of being a part of grounding breaking patent law issues. Position Responsibilities

• Manage high exposure patent litigation matters
• Oversee the preparation of witnesses for depositions, hearings, and trial
• Formulate winning litigation strategies and tactics
• Assist in drafting and reviewing briefs, motions, and court pleadings
• Manage litigation fees and costs
• Coordinate internal document collection and production
• Advise management and internal teams on impactful issues
• Attend industry conferences to gain insights and network with peers

The base pay range for roles at this level is listed below, but may be higher or lower in other states due to geographic differentials in the labor market. Within the base pay range, individual rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education and training. This is part of our comprehensive compensation package with annual bonus eligibility and generous benefits to help you live life well.

$197,800 — $296,600 USD
