Job Title : Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Coordinator

Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our practice, ensuring accurate coding, timely payment collection, and proper bookkeeping.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

Enter medical codes accurately for daily services provided

Collect and process payments from patients and insurance companies

Collect patient balances in a timely manner to maintain healthy cash flow

Maintain and update financial records and bookkeeping to ensure accuracy

Allocate payments and reimbursements to the appropriate accounts

Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances

Ensure compliance with billing policies and procedures

Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to resolve billing issues

Generate reports related to revenue cycle performance as needed

Qualifications :

Prior experience in revenue cycle management or medical billing preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems

Knowledge of medical coding and insurance processes

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
