Insurance Coverage Attorney

Overview : A well-established law firm is seeking an attorney with at least 3 years of experience in insurance coverage, including opinion writing and insurance coverage litigation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected firm with a strong insurance and litigation practice.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 3 years’ experience handling insurance coverage matters

Strong legal research, opinion drafting, and litigation skills

Experience with coverage analysis, declaratory judgment actions, or bad faith preferred

Compensation & Structure :

Base salary : $135,000 – $160,000 (depending on experience)

Bonus : Opportunity to earn significant amounts annually through a mechanical bonus structure

Work model : Hybrid – 3 days in the office
