We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our team!
As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our inside sales team to acquire new target customers - small to medium sized insurance agencies and independent agents. In this role, you will partner closely with Business Development, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive and build pipeline, refine processes, and ensure seamless customer handoffs across the sales journey.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the hiring, training, and management of new and established sales professionals in a fast-paced and high growth environment. As a cultural leader, you will continue to foster an exceptional sales team culture built on accountability, and solution-based sales through continuous improvement, ongoing coaching and skills development.
Compensation : $60,000-$80,000 / year + uncapped commission. Starting salaries will generally be in the lower part of the salary range provided. Employees, depending on their specific role, level and responsibilities, may be eligible to participate in company variable compensation or equity programs.
