Barzotto in San Francisco, CA is looking for one host / hostess to join our 19 person strong team. We are located on 1270 Valencia St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

  • Setting up front counter / bar area, putting menus together, making sure your station is clean and tidy
  • Greeting customers and making them feel welcome and abiding by our reservation policies
  • Checking Vaccine card and ID
  • Estimating wait time for guests, adding guests to waitlist, answering the phone
  • Managing takeout orders that are being picked up
  • Managing RESY with table turns, reservations, waitlist and more
  • Assisting Servers with drink orders, gelato dessert, coffee
  • pay will be based on experience

Qualifications

  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Hosting experience is preferred
  • Flexible availability if coverage is needed
  • Barista Experience preferred
  • RESY (reservation app) Experience preferred
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively
  • Strong organizational and motivational skills, and a team player
