Want a seat at our table Ziosk is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Software Engineer to join our technical support and engineering team. This role focuses on diagnosing troubleshooting and resolving software and system issues across the Ziosk solution using skills in Android (C Kotlin React Native) and Windows / Cloud (.Net C#). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in debugging complex systems and a passion for solving challenging technical problems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform root cause analysis and resolve software defects in production and development environments.
• Debug and fix issues in applications built with C Kotlin React Native and C#.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement long-term fixes and improvements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of issues resolutions and preventive measures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external clients.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and maintainability.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
• Work with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI / CD pipelines to deploy fixes efficiently.
