Location : Barnegat & Waretown, NJ

Type : Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

Compensation : $20.00 / hr.

Contractor Work Model : Onsite

Hours : 8 : 00 AM-4 : 30 PM | Monday-Friday

Job Duties :

• Helps shows units to prospective tenants, assists with rental payments, late notices, processing work orders, etc.
• Answers incoming phone calls and provides information or routes call to appropriate person.
• Greets visitors, prospective tenants and current residents.
• Provide potential and current residents with accurate information on available rental units.
• May post basic info on various social media such as the company's, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
• File paperwork pertaining to the property.
• Organize the office and orders supplies.
• Partner with maintenance team on work orders for the residents.
• Maintains wait list, updates, send letters.
• Tour property daily to ensure it is neat, tidy, attractive, and in good repair.
