The Engineering Finance Workforce Analytics Analyst will report into the Engineering Execution Finance organization responsible for driving financial metrics for Engineering labor and workforce planning. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented and will be able to pull from their broad experience in Program Finance, FP&A, Functional Finance, and / or other relevant experience to partner with Engineering Leadership, Workforce Planning, Human Resources, and FP&A to drive results; provide value added analysis and drive predictable workforce metrics.

What You Will Do

• Support the collection, analysis, and utilization of staffing metrics
• Support Operational and Strategic Workforce Planning processes
• Partner with SBU finance teams to understand Engineering labor demand into Engineering supply and demand process
• Develop financial overview for Engineering labor supply and demand for Engineering and Finance leadership
• Drive engineering labor targets
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and reporting through automated reporting capabilities
• Support ad hoc projects within Engineering and Finance functions to improve business execution

What We Offer

The salary range for this role is $82,000 - $164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
