The Funding and Financing Strategy Service Lead is a senior leadership position within the Economics, Finance and Grants team, which offers great opportunities for professional growth. You will co-lead a group of 20+ professionals and experts in their fields and manage 8-10 staff directly. You will work directly public and private organizations across the country to fund and finance their infrastructure projects and initiatives, driving both project delivery and business development for the group.

Your Impact

• Manage 8-10 employees
• Co-lead the Funding & Financing Strategy Service Group
• Manage and oversee the development financial models
• Overseeing and performing quantitative analyses and data analytics
• Analyzing financial needs and opportunities for transportation agencies
• Analyzing project and program funding and financing options
• Researching funding and financing industry trends
• Evaluating funding and financing alternatives and priorities
• Developing the business case for infrastructure investments
• Overseeing the development of reports, memorandums, and client ready documentation
• Leading client meetings and workshops
• Tracking, reviewing, and interpreting federal legislation and guidance
• Providing strategic support in all phases of infrastructure planning and project development

Compensation : Expected Salary (all locations) : $122,700 - $218,680

WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, and / or federal law.

Expected Salary (Colorado only) : $122,700 - $205,260
