Job Summary:

• We are looking for a talented and self-driven Backend Developer to join our remote team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and backend services.
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Build and maintain databases, ensuring responsiveness and efficiency.
• Ensure high-quality, secure, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones in a fully remote environment.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and team discussions.
• Stay up to date with the latest backend technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Backend Developer.
• Proficient in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java, Go, Ruby).
• Solid experience with RESTful APIs and backend frameworks (e.g., Express, Django, Spring Boot).
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL), such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, and containerization (e.g., Docker).
• Understanding of security, data protection, and performance optimization.
• Comfortable working in a remote team and using collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, GitHub, Jira).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and infrastructure as code.
