Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with strong leadership potential for our Bethesda-based team. This individual will lead the design of complex electrical systems, manage cross-functional coordination, mentor junior staff, and serve as a client-facing representative for high-impact projects. The ideal candidate is technically strong, deeply familiar with NEC code and healthcare/lab project work, and either PE-licensed or on a clear path to licensure.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the design of building electrical systems (lighting, power, fire alarm, life safety, and specialty systems)
• Oversee design documentation and QA/QC efforts
• Coordinate across engineering disciplines and with clients
• Mentor and review the work of junior engineers
• ssist in client development and project pursuits

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years experience; 12-15 preferred
• PE License in MD/DC/VA or a clear path to licensure
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office
• Strong knowledge of NEC and regional codes
• Experience with healthcare, lab, and institutional projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentorship skills
• LEED certification is a plus
