We're looking for a dynamic Controller to lead our clients accounting function, strengthen financial processes, and ensure the highest integrity of reporting as we scale. This is a high-visibility role that partners closely with executive leadership to support strategic growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Leadership & Reporting
• Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Manage general ledger integrity, account reconciliations, and financial controls
• Lead financial statement preparation in compliance with GAAP
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls aligned with rapid multi-unit growth
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Partner with FP&A and Operations to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Provide insights on key cost drivers, margin optimization, and revenue performance
• Monitor capex spend and support ROI analytics for new locations and initiatives
• Cash Flow & Treasury
• Manage cash flow planning, banking operations, and vendor payments
• Oversee AP / AR functions and optimize working capital processes
• Audit, Tax & Compliance
• Coordinate all external audits and tax filings with third-party partners
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations
• Support inventory management, POS integrations, and cost accounting processes
• Systems & Process Improvements
• Support ongoing digital transformation across accounting and restaurant systems
• Enhance efficiency through new technology tools, automation, and best practices
• Leadership & Collaboration
• Provide mentorship to accounting team members and support future staff expansion
• Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships with Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and IT
