Enrollment Advisor

A company is looking for an Enrollment Advisor to guide teacher intern candidates through the enrollment process in an alternative teaching program.

Key Responsibilities

Communicates with candidates to assist with the application process and build rapport

Utilizes sales techniques to encourage candidates to enroll in the program

Maintains customer service standards while managing candidate progress and documentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a leading university or equivalent experience in an educational or administrative role

2 or more years of experience in a customer service or sales-oriented position
