:**This position is based at West Penn Hospital. Travel to Allegheny General Hospital and Forbes Hospital will be as needed. **
GENERAL OVERVIEW:
Provides and coordinates pastoral care to patients, families, and employees, including direct client contact with the provision of sacramental support, pastoral counseling, and/or referral to community religious resources; appropriately interfaces with the clinical staff with the provision of spiritual assessments, patient care plans, and consultations inclusive of those in need of support in end of life decision making.
