Clinical Nurse II : SICU / Neuro ICU (Nights)

Join our dedicated team in the Surgical and Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit, where you will provide specialized care to critically ill adult patients (14 years and older). Our unit features a combined total of 30 intensive care beds, serving a diverse patient population equally split between neuro and surgical cases.

As a Clinical Nurse II, you will focus on patients with life-threatening conditions from elective and emergency surgeries, multi-trauma, traumatic brain injuries, strokes, sepsis, and more. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering comprehensive assessments, intensive monitoring, ventilator care, and hemodynamic stability management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders and administer medications and treatments.
• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and monitor patient conditions.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop individualized Plans of Care.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while adhering to professional nursing standards.

Qualifications :

This is a full-time position consisting of 36 hours per week on the night shift. The salary range is $83,200.00 - $93,184.00 with an hourly rate of $34.65 - $35.69.
