NPI Technician

NPI Technician Warehouse Robotics (Temp-to-Perm) $26 - $34 / hour Help Launch Next-Gen Automation We’re hiring a hands-on NPI Technician to help build, test, and launch new warehouse robotic systems. You’ll support prototype builds, early production, and smooth handoff to manufacturing. Location : Onsite in Wilmington, MA (10% travel to Nashua, NH) Responsibilities : Assemble and test prototype robotic systems Work from CAD / SolidWorks models and engineering drawings Support pilot builds and troubleshoot mechanical / electrical issues Update work instructions, test procedures, and build documentation Collaborate with engineering to improve manufacturability Assist with fixture fabrication and production line setup Train production techs on new product builds Qualifications : Technical degree / certification in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or similar 4+ years in NPI, prototype, or production support Strong mechanical / electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with robotics, sensors, actuators, control hardware Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work extended hours during launches Clear communication and attention to detail FootBridge is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive environment where everyone is valued and respected.
