Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, Technology (Hybrid Opportunity)
Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for its Professional Recruiting function within Talent Acquisition. This position will be a strategic partner to the technology groups, providing full lifecycle recruiting expertise to find, attract and hire talent, with a focus on Epic and other technology roles. This is a hybrid role based out of Secaucus, New Jersey, requiring three days in the office per week.
Responsibilities
- Consult with leadership and HR to understand business strategies, talent needs, technical requirements and candidate profiles.
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment for key technology roles and facilitate the talent search and selection process.
- Own the recruitment lifecycle for technology roles with a focus on Epic including software engineering, product management, product development, cyber security, DevOps, and IT infrastructure.
- Develop TA strategy with Hiring Manager and HR Partners; create sourcing plans and translate them into recommendations for the hiring team.
- Identify, develop and assess candidates using creative sourcing and research strategies; build networks to identify active and passive candidates.
- Develop targeted search strategies using tools such as LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, GitHub, HackerRank and other platforms.
- Pre-screen, assess and brief candidates; conduct competency and behavioral interviews including basic technical assessments.
- Provide updates to leadership on pipeline health and hiring progress; communicate with candidates about the company and opportunities.
- Manage a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Ensure OFCCP compliance and maintain accurate documentation; manage external vendors when appropriate.
- Utilize MS Office and applicant tracking systems; adhere to SLAs and department metrics.
Qualifications
BA / BS degree required; technical background or CS-related education is a plus.Minimum 5 years of experience as a technology recruiter in a matrixed organization.Experience recruiting for software engineers (front-end, back-end, full-stack), DevOps, data analysts and IT professionals.Proven track record of sourcing passive talent; strong understanding of technical concepts and modern development practices.Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline recruiting efforts.Strong skills in sourcing, candidate development, networking, and candidate management; excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Ability to work in a complex, multi-location, matrixed environment; handle sensitive information; manage multiple projects; and adapt to change.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ATS; ability to learn systems quickly.Employment type
