In This Role, You’ll Bring :

  • Seamlessly coordinate with both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams to ensure timely food and beverage delivery.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by taking accurate orders, anticipating needs, and ensuring all guests feel welcomed and well cared for.
  • Thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and modifications to provide informed recommendations and answer guest questions.
  • Handle payments accurately using POS systems, manage checks, and process cash and card transactions efficiently.
  • Set up, maintain, and reset dining areas before, during, and after service to meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Monitor tables throughout the meal to respond promptly to guest needs, including refills, special requests, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure all food and beverage items are presented according to restaurant standards.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates, supporting other servers, bussers, and kitchen staff as needed to meet peak-time demands.
  • Participate in pre-shift meetings, ongoing training, and opportunities to grow within the role and take on additional responsibilities.
  • Ideally bring 1+ years of experience in a high-volume, guest-focused dining environment.
  • Bring a passion for hospitality, a positive attitude, and a commitment to creating memorable dining experiences every shift.
