Schedule : Variable 8, 10, 12 hr shifts, call required every 3-4th weekend and 1 night per week

At Longmont United Hospital, the Preop, PACU, GI, and Infusion departments are co-located, fostering a highly collaborative and team-oriented culture. Staff members often take on multiple responsibilities while specializing in one area, offering opportunities for diverse experience.
Our Endoscopy unit features two suites, performing an average of 170 procedures monthly running five days a week. Outpatient Infusion services manage 5-15 patients daily. We have six operating rooms, handling approximately 175 surgeries per month, including general, orthopedic, ophthalmologic, urologic, ENT, and plastic surgeries, with robotic assistance.

You must live within 30 minutes or less of the facility for On Call requirements. This is a requirement and cannot be changed in any capacity.
As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will assume responsibility and accountability for :
Facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient / family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient.
Promote the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act.
Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.
Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following :
Required Experience :
One year RN experience required within GI setting.
Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty.
Required Education :
Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required
Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates, preferred for experienced RN's
Required Licensure / Certifications :
RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact,
Colorado Only : RNs working in Colorado under a multi-state license must obtain their CO RN license within 30 days of establishing residency, i.e., drivers license, register to vote, etc. Compact to Compact. BLS from the American Heart Association required
Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and / or up to 20lbs frequently, and / or up to 10lbs constantly)

Pay Range
$33.15 - $53.04 / hour
