A company is looking for a Lead Engineer, Performance Engineering.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the performance engineering practice for digital systems, ensuring high-performance and scalable architecture
Design and execute performance testing strategies, including load and stress testing, and capacity planning
Integrate Chaos Engineering practices to validate system resilience and drive root-cause analysis after performance incidents
Required Qualifications :
8+ years of hands-on experience in performance, scalability, and architecture of high-traffic systems
8+ years of expertise in monitoring and performance management tools
8+ years of proven track record in performance engineering and troubleshooting of distributed systems
2+ years of experience in a retail or e-commerce environment preferred
Strong programming / scripting skills and experience with cloud platforms and microservices
