Piper Companies is supporting the recruiting efforts for a well-established cyber-security and data analytics company located in Morrisville, NC. The TSE-II (Technical Support Engineer II) will be responsible for troubleshooting issues escalated from Tier I support, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborate with other internal teams.
Responsibilities of the TSE – II (Technical Support Engineer II) include:
·Handle escalated technical issues from Tier I support, often involving deeper investigation and problem-solving.
·Provide high-quality, timely support to enterprise customers via email, phone, or remote sessions.
·Work closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to resolve bugs and improve product functionality.
Qualifications for the TSE – II (Technical Support Engineer II) include:
·2+ years of experience in Technical Support
·Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Active Directory at the system administration level
·Experience with Windows server, Microsoft , Outlook etc
·Proficient in SQL queries
Compensation for the TSE – II (Technical Support Engineer II) includes:

·Hybrid work environment – 2 days on-site in RTP
