Senior Analyst, Marketing Delivery

We're looking for a Senior Analyst, Marketing Delivery to bring structure, focus, and momentum to our marketing initiatives, specifically supporting our insurance product marketing team. In this role, you'll turn strategic ideas into measurable results-driving flawless campaign execution across multiple products, channels, and audiences. You'll be the connective tissue between strategy and execution, ensuring every project moves with purpose, precision, and impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead marketing delivery - develop and manage detailed project plans that align with business goals and marketing priorities.
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration - work closely with creative, content, digital, product marketing, and sales teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Act as the central connector - ensure stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product stay aligned and informed throughout every stage of execution through proactive, effective communication.
• Drive operational excellence - anticipate risks, clear roadblocks, and keep projects on schedule and within scope. Ability to see the big picture of opportunity to optimize marketing channel execution.
• Ensure brand and compliance integrity - implement quality control processes to maintain accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and compliance standards in every asset.
• Measure and communicate progress - track milestones, share updates, and present outcomes to leadership with clarity and confidence.
• Champion continuous improvement - conduct post-project reviews to surface insights, refine processes, and elevate team performance over time with a sense of ownership.

Global Atlantic's base salary range is determined through an analysis of similar positions in the external labor market. Base pay is just one component of Global Atlantic's total compensation package for employees and at times we hire outside the boundaries of the salary range. Other rewards may include annual cash bonuses, long-term incentives (equity), generous benefits (including immediate vesting on employee contributions to a 401(k), as well as a company match on your contributions), and sales incentives. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Compensation for our more senior positions have a larger component of short-term cash bonus and long-term incentives.

The base salary range for this role is

$90,000 - $95,000 USD
