Experience Supervising other Team Members Familiarity with IAC tools such as Terraform / Bicep
Summary
We are seeking an experiencedCloudInfrastructure Engineer to join our this role you willbe responsible forthe design maintenance and optimization of our cloud and on-prem infrastructure supportingall ofGreenshades customer-facing products.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the organization security maintenance and optimization of infrastructure supporting all Greenshades products ensuring high availability and peak performance.
- Drive the implementation and refinement of tooling and automation solutions toexpediteissue resolution and proactively prevent incidents whenfeasible.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and engineering teams to shape hosting strategies that enhance existing products / processes andfacilitatethe integration ofnew technologies.
- Work closely withDevOps teamto ensure seamless operation and swift performance of our technology stack encompassing hosted websites services and all internal / client-facing products.
- Monitor and promptly respond to emerging infrastructure challenges in real-time both during regular work hours and as part of a rotating on-call schedule.
- Other duties as assigned.
