[job_card.job_description]Work closely with the Neurology provider to support patient care. Communicate with patients in person and over the phone to address questions and concerns. Send prescriptions to the provider for approval and processing. Call patients regarding follow-up care, instructions, and test results. Assist on the triage line to manage patient inquiries and prioritize care needs. Maintain accurate documentation in patient charts and electronic health records. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic protocols. Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations. Active New York State LPN License Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Experience working in a clinical office setting Comfortable handling patient calls and speaking with patients in person Preferred Skills & Attributes Prior experience in Neurology Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment

Schedule : 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. Monday-Friday (5 days per week)
Rate : Starting at $30.00 / hourly
