Where You'll Make a Difference

• Develop and execute regional commercial strategies for Food & Beverage Biosciences, focusing on pricing, tailored product offerings, and portfolio positioning to meet regional customer needs.
• Achieve revenue and margin targets for the region by driving business growth and increasing market share.
• Lead market, customer, and competitor intelligence gathering to generate insights that support innovation and growth.
• Equip the sales force with knowledge and tools, including product training and customer presentations, in collaboration with Marketing, Applications, and Product Managers.
• Identify new business opportunities for Enzymes and prioritize application development to convert opportunities into sales.
• Define regional pricing strategies in alignment with Global Strategic Product Management and develop margin optimization plans when required.
• Manage regional product-related requests, sampling, complaints, and regulatory plans while keeping global teams informed.
• Oversee regional product launches, marketing campaigns, and post-launch processes to ensure successful execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key players in the value chain and support strategic customer visits alongside the sales team.

Compensation $130,000 - $175,000 is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
