ER Registered Nurse (RN) – Nights / Evenings

    • Job Summary

    As an Emergency Room RN , you’ll deliver exceptional patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. You’ll assess, plan, and implement nursing care, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

    Responsibilities include :

  • Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and vital signs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Coordinate with the healthcare team to develop and adjust care plans.
  • Educate patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care.
  • Ensure safe and effective operation of equipment and adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
  • Support emergency procedures, admissions, and discharge planning.

    • Qualifications

  • Required :

    • 1+ year of Acute Care ER RN experience

  • Active Florida RN License (or compact state license; must obtain FL license within 60 days of relocation)
  • ACLS, BLS, and PALS – must be obtained within 30 days of hire
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

    • Compensation

  • Hourly Pay : $30.60 – $45.90 (based on experience)

    • 10+ years : ~$38.25 / hr | 18+ years : ~$45.90 / hr

  • Please note : salary discussions will align with experience within range.
  • Shift Differentials : $4.25 Nights | $2.00 Weekends
  • Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 (Days) / $15,000 (Nights)
  • Relocation : Case-by-case consideration
