Litigation Associate

Job Description:

An established boutique law firm specializing in community association law seeks a Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who is passionate about litigation and eager to develop expertise in the representation of condominium, homeowners, and cooperative associations across Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters.
• Represent community associations in a wide range of legal proceedings.
• Collaborate closely with a team of experienced attorneys and dedicated support staff.
• Participate actively in ongoing professional development through comprehensive training programs.

Qualifications

• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• 3 to 5 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Prior experience in Community Association Law (CAL) is a plus, but not required.
• Highly motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, up to $125,000.
• Training and mentorship.
• 15% commission on any new business generated.
• Year-end holiday bonus and annual salary increases.
• Health and dental insurance effective immediately upon hire.
• Paid time off: two weeks of vacation and accrual of ½ sick day per month.
• In-office position with a billing requirement of 100-125 hours per month.
