Job Description: An established boutique law firm specializing in community association law seeks a
Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who is passionate about litigation and eager to develop expertise in the representation of condominium, homeowners, and cooperative associations across Florida.
Key Responsibilities - Manage litigation matters.
- Represent community associations in a wide range of legal proceedings.
- Collaborate closely with a team of experienced attorneys and dedicated support staff.
- Participate actively in ongoing professional development through comprehensive training programs.
Qualifications - Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- 3 to 5 years of litigation experience preferred.
- Prior experience in Community Association Law (CAL) is a plus, but not required.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.
Compensation and Benefits - Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, up to $125,000.
- Training and mentorship.
- 15% commission on any new business generated.
- Year-end holiday bonus and annual salary increases.
- Health and dental insurance effective immediately upon hire.
- Paid time off: two weeks of vacation and accrual of ½ sick day per month.
- In-office position with a billing requirement of 100-125 hours per month.
