Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic, dependable professional to join our team as a Nutrition Coach / Counselor. This role is ideal for a "people person" who is passionate about helping others and building meaningful relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding patients through their weight loss journey, providing expert advice on nutrition and exercise under the supervision of a physician.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Conduct weekly patient consultations focused on nutrition and exercise (training on our system provided)
• Assist the supervising provider with patient referrals to other healthcare professionals
• Document patient progress in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Conduct follow-up calls to discuss patient progress and address any concerns
• Obtain patient vitals (training provided if necessary)
• Administer intramuscular (IM) injections (training provided if necessary)
• Obtain patient laboratory results (training provided if necessary)
