Key Responsibilities
Proactively monitor the production environment and address trends or issues
Diagnose and resolve complex product and integration issues reported by customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product issues and drive improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
2+ years of experience in production or technical support
Experience with Kibana, Elasticsearch, MySQL, and REST API
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
Willingness to work flexible hours for SLA coverage
