Payment Processing Specialist

A company is looking for a Payment Processing Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Reconcile lockbox deposits with bank reports and manage payment batches

Process electronic funds transfers and contact carriers for missing remits

Document cash payments and maintain policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

One year of medical billing experience preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred

40-45 WPM typing speed with accurate 10-key skills

Previous knowledge of third-party payer reimbursement preferred
