Job Brief
We are looking for a hardworking reliable Inventory Clerk. You will be responsible for receiving, checking, and recording incoming shipments of various material and products.
Responsibilities
- Compare purchase orders with packing lists
- Forklift Certified
- Inspect deliveries to ensure they match purchase order criteria
- Inspect delivers for damages
- Receive and sign for deliveries
- Unload deliveries
- Process returns for non-conforming material
- Organize and store received items in their appropriate area
- Update inventory with received item
- Maintaining records of orders, delivery details, etc.…
- Use dollies, Lift trucks and other required equipment to move items thorough out the facility.
- Stores, restocks, and shelves delivery items as necessary
- Ensure stockroom is clean and organized
- Conducts cycle counts based on systems requirements
- Pick and kit Jobs
- Reports any discrepancies to correct buyer
- Reports past due purchase orders to the correct buyer
