DaVita is seeking a full-time Dilaysis Registered Nurse (RN) - FLOAT who is looking to give life in an Outpatient Dialysis Center!

***This position will support/FLOAT to multiple DaVita Dialysis facilities throughout the Region. The ideal candidate must be comfortable floating between locations within a 30 to 40-minute radius of the Bridgeport, CT area***

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting

• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes

• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians

• Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options

• Float to nearby clinics in Region as needed

What to Expect:

• Fast-paced, hands-on environment

• Long-term patient relationships

• Broad nursing skill application with medically complex patients

• Paid training provided

Schedule:

• Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Training may occur at a clinic other than your home location

• Full-Time schedule working 3–4 days/week, 10 - 12 -14 hour shifts (alternating Saturdays) - Sunday's off!

Qualifications:

• RN license in the state of practice

• At least 6+ months dialysis experience is required

• ADN required; BSN preferred

• Basic computer proficiency

• Reliable transportation for potential floating

Preferred (Not Required):

• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
