Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Miami days may vary)


NeuroSpine Plus is seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Associate to manage the front office for our busy pain and orthopedic practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a medical office background who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping patients feel cared for from the moment they walk in. Must be willing to commute to all three locations.


What You’ll Do:

• Greet and check in patients professionally and warmly
  
  
• Answer patient questions and provide excellent customer service
  
  
• Manage scheduling, filing, and computer/EMR tasks
  
  
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with insurance verifications
  
  
• Support the office team across all three locations
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Medical office experience required; pain/orthopedic experience preferred
  
  
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  
  
• Strong computer skills and experience with EMR systems
  
  
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  
  
• Flexible and willing to travel to Miami and Lake Worth twice a month
