Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist (PT) evaluates and treats patient’s mobility and motor assets and liabilities for functional performance.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Provides adaptive methods and equipment as appropriate to enhance performance
· Conduct effective and appropriate evaluation and treatment interventions and communicate with, supervise and utilize assistive personnel appropriately.
· Participate in the ongoing review and evaluation of Quality / Performance Improvement program.
· Prepare and submit all required reports in a timely manner.
· Maintain timely filing and completing of required documentation.
· Perform and conduct training as requested.
· Participate in meetings and committees as designated to promote the development of the area and/or clinical specialty.
· Work with other therapists to maintain level of care and communication of assigned patients.
· Assume responsibility for equipment, inventory, safety, and security of assigned facilities.
· Maintain compliance with external agency requirements as designed.
· Perform in a manner, which strengthens the coordination and cooperation of all organizational components of Valir Health.
· Any and all other duties or responsibilities assigned.

Education, Licenses, Certifications and Experience:
· Licensed PT or licensure eligible in the State of Oklahoma
· Current CPR certification
· Bachelor’s degree
· Master’s degree preferred
· Experience in Rehab preferred
