Our team is passionate about early intervention, play-based learning, and creating meaningful progress for every child and family we serve. Our team provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes , daycares , and preschool settings, creating natural opportunities for growth and success. We are a clinician owned company.

Role Description

This is a part-time , on-site role : in home, daycare, preschool based in Atlanta, GA, for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1 : 1 ABA therapy to children in home, daycare, or preschool environments
  • Implement individualized behavior and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision
  • Use play-based, DTT, and naturalistic teaching strategies to promote communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Collect accurate data and maintain session documentation
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for providing meaningful, quality care to every child
  • Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs and team members
  • Maintain professionalism, reliability, and positivity across all sessions

Qualifications

  • Active RBT Certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred)
  • Passion for working with children, especially in early intervention and developmental learning
  • Ability to actively engage and play with young learners while maintaining structure and consistency
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Dependable, patient, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work in varied environments (home, daycare, preschool)
  • Successful background check and complete RBT certification (training provided if needed)
  • Reliable transportation
