Collections Representative

A company is looking for a Collections Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle inbound calls from customers and take payments on accounts

Manage customer accounts, including sending invoices and setting up autopay

Comply with FDCPA and state laws while maintaining good public relations

Required Qualifications :

Must be 18 years of age or older

High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA degree preferred

Dedicated workspace free from distractions

Internet speed of at least 10 MBPS download and 5 MBPS upload

Call Center or Collections experience preferred
