Role : Enterprise Solution Architect – HR & Legal Systems
Location : Hartford, CT (Hybrid)
We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect (SME) with 15–20 years of experience in Industrial / Hi-tech Manufacturing to lead technology strategy for our HR & Legal systems portfolio ($10–$20M). This role requires deep domain expertise in HR functions and proven experience managing complex integrations between HR platforms (Workday, ADP, Kronos) and SAP ERP environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- System Architecture : Design and build scalable solutions across Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Benefits, ensuring seamless integration with SAP ERP.
- Transformation Leadership : Drive major IT transformations, application management, and incident management across corporate functions.
- Consulting & Analysis : Lead process reengineering efforts, product assessments, and develop business cases. Provide executive-level communication and thought leadership.
- Stakeholder Management : Manage and engage with C-level clients / stakeholders, demonstrating strong sales acumen for consulting opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience :
Domain : 15–20 years in Industrial Manufacturing; deep expertise in HR & Legal systems (ADP, Payroll, Kronos).Platforms : 5+ years required with large HR platforms (SuccessFactors / Workday).Integration : Must have experience integrating HR systems with SAP ERP.Consulting : Proven background in technology consulting or leading large-scale transformation initiatives.Nice to Have : Workday implementation experience, Global Trade experience, knowledge of pioneering technologies (IoT, AI / ML).
