About the job :

The Accountant manages full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable while supporting monthly close, reconciliations, and general accounting functions.

We're looking for someone who :

  • ? Holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • ? Has 2-3 years of accounting experience focused on AP / AR
  • ? Understands accounting principles and demonstrates strong analytical skills
  • ? Works well independently and collaboratively
  • ? Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • ? Communicates clearly in both written and verbal formats
  • ? Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
  • ? (Preferred) Has ERP system experience

What you'll do :

  • ? Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, monitoring payments / credits, and following up on outstanding balances
  • ? Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer payment issues
  • ? Assist the Controller with monthly close and preparation of financial statements
  • ? Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy
  • ? Monitor spending against budget
  • ? Support tax filings and audits
  • ? Perform cost accounting and other accounting duties as needed
