Nocturnist opportunities available We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer a flexible schedule with both day and night shifts to accommodate personal commitments. Our team fosters a culture of support, where we cover for each other when someone needs time off, ensuring a healthy work-life balance for all. Manage various cases in a 150-bed hospital, focusing on complex cases in a semi-open ICU, benefiting from round-the-clock intensivist coverage. Collaborate closely with nursing staff and engage in key medical staff committees, including the credentialing and medical executive committees, to improve communication and patient care. Participate in teaching and mentoring medical students, APPs, and residents from Lincoln Memorial University, fostering a culture of learning. Engage in weekly group huddles to discuss challenges, share updates, and ensure seamless collaboration across the team. Work within a structured program divided into two daytime groups, with support from a dedicated nocturnist for night coverage. We are hiring for a Nocturnist position. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.
