We are seeking a 3 - 5 year Civil Litigation Attorney to assist the firm's various practice groups. Any prior exposure to labor & employment will be a plus.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Will work closely with the firm’s experienced litigation partners and play an integral role in all stages of litigation. This includes drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, managing complex discovery, and preparing comprehensive legal memoranda. The associate will also have the opportunity to participate in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings, gaining meaningful, hands-on experience and significant responsibility. This position is ideal for a driven attorney looking to further develop their litigation skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law and in good standing with the state bar.
• 3–5 years of labor and employment law experience in California.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficient in handling discovery, law and motion practice, and depositions
• Bill 1900 Billable Hours Annually

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Salary range is between $165,000 - $210,000
