The Inside Sales Representative owns the full sales process for custom automation projects: prospecting, technical discovery, quoting, negotiation, and post-sale coordination. You will sell solutions that are built, not just selected from a catalog.
Own end-to-end execution: manage the entire cycle (lead intake ? qualification ? proposal ? close ? handoff). Maintain strict pipeline hygiene and drive responsiveness.
Sell engineered solutions: conduct technical discovery to uncover process needs (cycle time, quality, footprint) and translate them into internal engineering action items.
Build precision proposals: coordinate BOMs, scope, and assumptions with Engineering. Ensure accuracy in specs, lead times, and pricing.
Operate AI-first: leverage tools like Claude or Gemini to accelerate research, draft proposals, and summarize calls to increase throughput without sacrificing quality.
Coordinate execution: align scope and feasibility with engineering, purchasing, and service teams to prevent downstream surprises.
