FULL-TIME Service & Repair Technician

What Youll Do

• Service & maintain wood, gas & pellet stoves, fireplaces, and hot tubs
• Troubleshoot mechanical & electrical issues (Residential & Commercial)
• Respond to work orders professionally and on time
  
• Keep accurate account of open work orders
  
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive client relationships
• Keep accurate account of open work orders and daily service reports
• Address client concerns and provide timely follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
• Perform diagnostics and preventative maintenance checks
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work vehicle
• Communicate effectively with team members, dispatch, and management
• Educate customers on proper usage and maintenance of their systems

What Were Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude well train you!
• Light plumbing/electrical experience = highly preferred
• Hot tub experience a plus!
• Self-motivated & able to work independently
• Must be 18+ with a valid CT drivers license
• Familiarity with tools (own tools a bonus)
• Desire to help people
